Based on customers’ drawings, 3D files, prototype samples, or product requirements, we assist with manufacturability review (DFM), material selection, prototyping, and mass production planning. Our manufacturing processes include CNC machining, tube bending, aluminum die casting, gravity casting, investment casting, sand casting, forging, stamping, welding, plastic injection,  laser cutting, rubber parts, heat treatment, polishing, anodizing, plating, PVD coating, powder coating, painting, and other surface treatments.

We support mass production through supplier management, production scheduling, dimensional and visual inspection, trial assembly, quality control, packaging, labeling, barcoding, and pre-shipment inspection. Testing can also be arranged when required.
